Selling real estate is more than just selling a property. It’s about knowing the area, knowing the people, and knowing what it is like to have lived in this area your entire life!

I am Danielle Dublo Szabo and have lived in Cleveland my whole life! I’m a graduate of St. Joan of Arc in Chagrin Falls, Notre Dame Cathedral Latin in Chardon and Miami University.  My husband, Nick, and I are raising our family here in Auburn Twp.  I have a Springer Spaniel named Bentley and two kiddos; Carlina and Colton.

I’ve been assisting buyers/sellers move through the real estate sales process throughout Greater Cleveland since 2007.  Yes, that means I entered this wild industry when everyone else was running out! Chances are that I’ve worked with someone you know and perhaps even someone in your neighborhood.

First-hand experience provides me a unique perspective that is helpful in answering most clients questions about the area. When it comes time helping you sell your home or helping you or someone you know buy their next home, it would be a privilege to work with you!
